Anyone know the lyrics to "Rhumba De Burros" from the Strictly Ballroom Soundtrack?

The song was performed by Ignatius Jones and was featured in the movie when Scott Hastings ( Paul Mercurio) was attempting to learn the Paso Doble. It's a festive song and I can pick up some of the lyrics, but I'd love to have the entire lyrics. My internet searches have so far been unsuccessful.
