Isn't it really time for the US Gov't. to apologize to the Native Peoples and to make serious restitution?

The US Gov't has violated and continues to violate treaties and not take responsibility for the ethnic cleansing and genocide and forced re-location contrary to the Constitution of the United States. Notice this task of redemption is the responsibility of the US GOV'T. which continues as a party to the treaties of the past. Otherwise this nation is hypocritical to vault any moral superiority.
