Does anyone know the statute of limitations for driving 160MPH on a public freeway?

I need reference to legal code (findlaw or something) please. I have a video of me going 160MPH on a California Highway two years ago. I now live in Spokane County, WA though. I really want to post the video on my MySpace page but not if it is going to create legal issues for me.
