Is 86,000 miles on a 2008 Scion xB too high?

I am looking for a used car and would love to buy an xB but my budget is limited (no more than $12k). One of the ones I found in this price range was a 2008 with 86,000 miles on it for $11,900. It has a clean CarFax with only one owner. The only thing that bothers me is the mileage. I need this car to last me at least five years, hopefully more.
