Is anyone impressed with what James Toney did?

I think Toney is just bluffing, he's going to attempt to get right back up on his feet after getting taken down. This is like those wrestler vs striker fights where the wrestler does the big preliminary talk about how he's going to stand and knock out the striker, then when the fight gets under way he immediately takes down the striker.
