Is Bill Belichick's EGO writing checks his team cant cash?

I think it is not only Belichick, the Organization also feels like they can replace anyone. The Steelers are like that as well and it has worked for them. I am not saying they can replace Moss, but if he was just going to walk away from New England you might as well get something for him.
