Trade evolutions?

If i trade a dusclops w/ a reaper cloth, a rhydon with a protector, a porygon with a upgrade, a slowpoke with a kings rock, and a scyther with a metal coat...... will they become dusknoir, rhyperior, porygon2, slowking, and scizor if i do it over wi-fi? Also, if they trade the porygon2 back, i put dubious disc on it, will it become porygonZ? This is for the room below the pokemon center (wifi room). Cuz if i trade those, i will only need 3-6 more pokemon (not including darkrai and shaymin) to complete the sinnoh pokedex. Thnks!
