What kind of animal hoarding disorder is this?

So I have this friend who loves to get animals...all the time. She does seem like a hoarder but not completely. She will buy an animal, call it her baby for about a month or two, then drop it like a sack of potatoes and gets tired of them. She constantly gets animals, then gives the away or sells them. I don't understand. She acts like she loves the animal to death, and spoils it, then gets rid of it and moves on to the next cool animal. She does this especially but not limited to with smaller animals (rats, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrest,rabbits etc). She browses the site craigslist everyday claiming she is only looking. Before you know it she has three new pets. Within a few months she gets tired of them and gets rid of them. I tell her she needs to stop, but I mean it is her life. Is this a disorder?
