What will happen to the case filed by Berg against Obama questioning the latter's US citizenship? ?

Obama is getting his first Top Secret Intelligence Briefing tomorrow morning. Obviously, the CIA doesn't have any problems with Obama's credentials. Anybody who has ever held a security clearance can testify that the CIA does a very thorough job screening, before granting Secret or Top Secret clearances.
