Temp changes before birth??? Help?

My cav is preg. Not due for a week yet. Her temp took a dip last night and this morning but now it's back to normal ... R the puppies coming??? Her are leaking milk she is still eating and she pants every now and then. It's her first litter and she is having 6 puppies.
