The lack of love. A loving god does not punish or condemn or get angry. A god has a higher vibration then the ego of man. I find it a stupid and immature Religion. What would god get out of sending his creations to hell? I am offended by it too. What people do in gods name is embarressing and disturbing at the same time. Then there's is the followers who sometimes (not all) think they can tell another the fate of their future. ie "you will go to hell for that abortion you had". Some of the followers seems to lack empathy for other human beings.

Im cutting ties with my family for good, Has anyone else done this?

My family members are leeches. They take and take and give nothing back in return. I have cut my mother off and havent spoken to her in almost 2 years and my brother and sister are next. I have done so much for them and they still arent there for me when I need them so I figured that if I cant have a healthy relationship with these people then I shouldnt have any kind of relationship with them. I dont want my son to grow up hating people and using them the way my family does. When my first son ped away the only family member that came to his funeral was my brother and I wish he hadnt. My sister and mother only said that they didnt want to come. But my brother came. He flipped out because he hadnt been to Chicago before, insisted that my grieving husband show him around town and threw a hissy fit at our house right after the funeral! It made things so much worse for my husband and I. To make matters worse I was 5 months pregnant with our second son. Anyway this is just one example of how heartless my family members are. How would you handle a very giving 5 year old?

So, I'm 7 months pregnant with my 2nd child. My 5 year old lil boy keeps bringing me stuff for the baby (his toys, books, clothes etc) I think he is being so sweet and don't want to discourage his giving attitude but it's gotten a little out of hand. I'm stopping Elavil and am EXTREMELY fatigued, any suggestions to counteract this symptom?

I have been taking Elavil for quite some time to help with the depression and anxiety that comes with Fibromyalgia. I was recently prescribed a 12 mcg fentanyl patch, and am doing rather well with the pain aspect. I am weinig myself off of Elavil. I was taking it to help with coping with the pain. Now that the pain is under control, I feel like I no longer need it. I've actually been doing rather well, and am down from 50mgs to 12.5mgs. BUT, the fatigue is horrible! I have a 5 year old who is in school all day, but I also have a 3 year old that demands lots of attention. Why does this last little bit seem to be affecting me so much? I work at Staples and we had an off day on Memorial Day and I was talking to this off the wall co-worker who was asking me stuff like is important and stuff like that. Then, she goes and tells our istant manager about what I said and asks him, making me a bit embarred (but because he's 26 he doesn't care and laughs it off). Then she tells me later that she's pregnant and then tell our other two co-workers when I was talking to them. Before anybody gets antsy, I'd like to tell you this is her third child so I don't even know what she's so pissed about. This girl seems to put her business out there so I have no idea why she's mad when you go and put your business out there to someone whose only been working there for 4 weeks. So I find out the next day she PMs me on facebook about how pissed she is at me for telling when it wasn't my place to tell anybody and its disrespectful and weird of me to do something of that nature. In any case she said there is no need for any further discussion and she told me to take it however way I like it. Now I'm annoyed that she PMed me on facebook instead of just confronting me in the break room or after work and just talk to me. Now my fiance scolded me for gossiping in the first place. Mind you, this girl puts her business out there so I umed the other co-workers knew what she was talking about. Part of me wants to apologize, but the way the facebook message tells me, I think I may just need to stay away from her. Hello. I've been broken up from my girlfriend for exactly a week. I've been going out with her for two years, and it was inevitably me (It's complex) that ended it, as it was either I do it or her. She's been flirting with my friend; texting him infront of me, talking, etc. She sits across from me, and I have to endure him going up and talking to her- he says he only goes up to talk to other friends, but only seems to talk to her. I told him how I felt, and he said he had no intentions and wouldn't do it, yet however seems to continue. My ex-girlfriend still wants to remain friends with me, and I reluctantly said I still wanted to talk to her. I'm regretting it. How do I deal with my friend? I don't know if my wife loves me?

My wife and I are married for 10 years. Before we got married she was madly in love with this other guy for whom she was even considering changing her name and religion (he is Hindu and she is Muslim). He dumped her, and then I came along. She said she loved me and that this other guy who dumped her was only an infatuation that came along. I always loved her since childhood and after she broke up with that other guy we were in love and later got married. I also belong to Hindu religion too but my wife from the day we got married was very expressive about not wanting to do anything that was even remotely hindu for my sake or my families sake. In fact on lot of occasions I let my parents feel dejected so that my wife does not have to feel uncomfortable. I sometimes used think why she never did anything to please me (although I never asked her to convert) when she was willing to go all the way and convert to be a hindu for that other guy. Recently she got in touch with him (after 10 years of our marriage and having a 2 year old son) and they have been exchanging almost 30 to 40 emails each day, and spending at least 2 to 3 hours on the phone secretly. Some of the emails did not look appropriate at all. It sounded like she was flirting and in fact being romantic. They both were using disguised email accounts and not signing their names. I found this out when I felt suspicious as she was being very reckless and totally ignoring me. Not able to withstand I just decided to check her email which lead me to this other account she was using just to talk to him. I am not very proud of intruding her privacy but I had to do it for my piece of mind. Anyways after I confronted her right away as my blood was boiling after reading those emails, she did not seem regretful, may be guilty a little bit. I was heart broken, but she din't seem like she was hurt. It felt like she was upset for being caught. I love her, at least I feel that way, but now when I look back I cant remember of anything she did for me to show her love. She would occasionally say that she loved me but never did anything that I could feel was selfless. She has been nice to me, but that's about it. We both love our son a lot (really a lot). But I don't think she feels committed to our relationship. She will be a great mother. Do you think she still loves me? If she's not in love with me should I still continue our marriage for the sake of our son? I am really lost on what to do.

I know how to find turnover when refering to inventory and the utilization of that et, but there is a way to find turnover of acount payables. For example a company that has a 30 day billing cycle you can find through acount payables of some sort the actual billing cycle. Going back to the 30 dqay billing cycle if the formula comes out to be a 45 day billing cycle the comapny has a promblem and that calls for alarm. I'm not too sure about this but I read it in a book that vageily described the steps in order to do so.

San Mateo county is far the best. I use to live in the area. There are a lot of things to like about the area aside form the landscape. This is where the airport is located, traffic is not so bad as I remember it. Housing is still good and lots of parks and good schools. Lots of good restaurants and part of the silicon valley can be found here. Public transportation is reliable, there's the BART, Santram and Caltrain.

How do you correctly change water in a freshwater fish tank with algae?

I have now killed two beta fish after changing the water 1/2 way after algae growth (it's a 3 gallon tank with a filter). Both time it resulted in the fishes death within a week after the water change. What is the correct way to clean a freshwater fish tank that has algae growth? I know not to change all the water because of the chemicals and pH level must remain in the tank. I usually would change out the filter every month, add water after water loss from perspiration, change only 1/2 of the water in the tank every month as well as rinse out the tank with water only before replacing old water. I use a chlorine remover for all water changes and I do NOT use soaps or other cleaning chemicals (obviously). I really need your help. I want to get another fish but not until I know how to make sure it lives for longer than 9 months.

The Chopin would be very very difficult for someone with small hands. The Rachmaninov is not one of his hardest preludes, but it's a formidable work. In most people's opinions, the Rachmaninov is clearly harder, but it's very rare that people actually play the chopin with real control over the simple melody, masked by (too) many notes. Of course, it's rare that people play anything with control really, but it's not an easy piece to play really well. Hope this helped, there is not really a definite answer. What do yout think?

My tummy is usually sore when I wake up?

I have taken to sleeping on my sides, I usually wake up on my sides or back. I was always sleeping on my stomach before but I haven't in a while. So why am I waking up with a sore or maybe tender belly? I am 23 weeks tomorrow. I have also woken up to having to pee a lot more, last night though as I was peeing one of my sides hurt and didn't stop hurting til I laid in bed for a bit. Now is it normal to have like a sore belly? If not, I think maybe my dogs have been jumping on me while I am sleeping, would that hurt the baby or me at all? Usually I wake up when they do it because I have to pee from the pressure or w/e, but I haven't waken up in about a week from them doing so there must be another reason. Suggestions?

Now: you can go to modthesims2.com (also has sims 3 content, not sure about sims 1) and download different outfits and hair and eyes and things like that, even pose packs and hacks that will make your sims do different things. If you need help with costumes and set, try developing your character enough that you can get into their mind and understand their thoughts, and from there you can fit them with their clothing style, whether it's stereotypical [sad person: dark clothes] or completely shocking [sad person: bright *** clothes]. You can also do the same with set, but try to get into their parents minds instead (exception: their bedroom).

You should have no problem. Fly from Lima to Cuzco (you can also take a bus, but that takes really long ,-about a full day). From Cuzco you have to take the train to Machu Picchu ( no roads go all the way to Machu Picchu. You can go by bus to Ollantaytambo (about half way to Machu Picchu), but then you ran the chance of not getting a seat on the train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu (the train fills up in Cuzco)). To go to Machu Picchu, the fastest no thrills trip, should take 3 days. One to fly to Cuzco (the train to Machu Picchu leaves early, so that day you should visit Cuzco, the Coricancha temple, Sacsayhuaman, etc). The next day leave early to Machu Picchu and return at night and the next day you can fly back to Lima (actually it would be 2 1/2 days). I'm enclosing the web page for the train to Machu Picchu. Bear in mind there is only one company operating the route to Machu Picchu, so that will probably be your bottleneck.

My barrel pony used to have a lot of trouble giving to the bit. I took her off barrels because she had absolutely no give or softness, and was frustrating to ride because of that. Ive spent the last 2 months on a snaffle teaching her to flex, collect, and give. But now then I turn her around a barrel, she overbends towards her girth, and her hindquarters swings out, making a wide and unbalanced turn. How do I collect her hind underneath her while still maintaining speed? She gives well to leg cues, rides on snaffle, short flexible neck, 13.3 hh, very high natural head set, I have to use a tie down(I will not take out the tie down.. So I have this friend who loves to get animals...all the time. She does seem like a hoarder but not completely. Is it worth getting a king zephyr tenor saxophone fixed up?

I was given a king zephyr tenor sax on semi-permanent loan. I get it for a long time (probably forever) but in case I need to give it back I can't sell it away. I'm an alto player and I wanted to take up tenor. Should I get it fixed up or should I just buy a modern tenor? The zephyr is model 196,xxx and it has a double socket neck, the three ring neck strap holes, and the old-fashioned clunky squared off pinky keys. How good is the intonation? I know a lot of vintage horns have intonation issues.

I never had a credit card but wanted one . I applied at small department stores to get my first credit card but i was denied for insufficient credit . Being offered a free credit report i wanted to see what was on it. Everything was clear but it said i had a judgement of 8,000 dollars plantiff was the probation office I was entitled to pay restitution and signed a plan to pay 250 everythin month for 3 years but i paid everything off in just 6 months . I was recently bought a round-trip ticket to a conference from Continental. (I bought it through Orbitz). When the conference wanted me a day earlier, Continental tried to charge me $150 to change the flight. So I bought a one way ticket on Delta for $100. I thought that was pretty smart. But when I tried to return home, Continental told me, "You f@cked the whole thing up! You're through!" (This is the only time I have ever seen an airline employee utter an obscenity.) He claimed that because I didn't use the first leg "the entire contract is voided." I checked the receipt of the ticket and there was no clause about this. Is this some unwritten airline rule? How can you legally have a contract with invisible clauses? I have written both Continental and Orbitz about this, but they have not responded.

25 and High Blood Pressure?

The last few times I've gone to the doctor and got my general stats taken, my blood pressure has been pretty high (consistently 180/120). I am 25 years old, 5'8" and 150lbs. I eat pretty healthy (not a lot of deep fried crap; varied diet of fruits/vegetables/poultry), don't smoke, and exercise pretty regularly (I try to get my heart rate up at least twice a week in the swimming pool). The only major problem I have is a congenital birth defect that has caused degenerative disk disease and deformities in my legs. I recently saw a pain specialist about my back and he was the one that's been monitoring my health information over the past few months. He said that my high blood pressure could be due to elevated levels of pain or stress, but that I shouldn't worry too much about it. However, everything I've read points to this being a serious problem that I should take action on it right away. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Alcoholic mother.. im 13 ?? please help:(?

helloo im 13 and a girl. Sorry if this is long, but i just really need help. Well my mom is 49 and she has been an alcoholic ever since she divorced my dad, so for maybe 8 years. Well, she is a type 1 diabetic and she also smokes. And this is really really difficult for me and my brother(19) and my sister (22). Welll my mom ended up gettting remarried to a man with 3 kids. And both of his kids are screwups and they do something wrong ever day, such as stealing my moms credit card to buy tickets to a weed festival, etc. Anyways. They have made her even more stressed out so now her problem is ever worse. It is soooo hard to just watch ur own mother completely drunk by 2 in the afternoon. I feel like everyday im just watching her slowly kill herself and im not doing anything about it. She is going to die, soon. There is no way she can handle all of that alcohol on her for being diabetic and nicotine addicted. guys, shes gunna die.... Trust me, me and my family have tried everything we can. But i feel really bad about this, but I almost want her to die, because i feel like life would be better and easier without her. All she really does is cause sooo much stress and anger in this house, I also have really really bad anxiety, i have an anxiety disorder most of it caused by stress from her. She is absoulutley miserable, she would be better off in heaven. I feel like we would be happier, i feel terrible saying this. but i feel like its true. is this wrong of me to think?? i feel bad for saying it....:/ anyways. what on earth should i do? Im 16. I was an anxiety sufferer for 6 months, im cured of that now but im thinking very deeply this last few months. Im constantly thinking about consciousness and the meaning of life, i keep sinking into solipsist thinking, its not that im a solipsist its that i don't want to be a solipsist because you cant live like that. its become a habit. I cant enjoy life without knowing that other people are conscious like myself. I have written down things that reure me like philosophical theories things like the one consciousness theory, subjective reality and holographic universe theories and others which make me feel more positive. I don't like wasting my time worrying about these things. Ive noticed all this worrying has affected my health. Before my first anxiety episode I was very active, happy, sociable, everything was going was going for me. I think I was too egotistic and bad tempered and I eventually realized that my anxiety and depression showed this to me. My first anxiety episode was triggered by excessive worrying over a useless thing. Since then its been ups and downs, highs and lows but I still have that negative voice. Ive lost weight, I look and feel tired all the time. I also cant make proper eye contact with people sometimes, and because i keep thinking about the eye contact I lose track of what people are saying in conversations. I feel like ive lost my personality and sometimes I fear that im going to lose my mind. What can I do to improve my situation or better?

Acne prone skin and makeup?

Am i doomed to have rough looking makeup forever due to my acne prone skin and acne marks? I have been dealing with acne for a decade (literally) and i have finally found ways to wear makeup to feel prettier, but sometimes my foundation doesn't look right. Is it true that in 2010 you have to get a 3 ton a/c unit to replace your broken one?

my a/c went on the fritz this summer, finally got them to put r-22 in it, after telling me that as of jan. 1, 2010 I can't get it anymore and that I would have to buy a 3 ton unit to replace it per the clean air act. my house is only 926 sq ft, sounds like overkill and scare tactics to a single woman. any help and info would be appreciated.

Experiencing lag with the Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX?

Okay, I've been playing around with all the settings and stuff, I've turned off the lighting options which usually make it lag, but it's still not wotking properly. When I view it normally when not recording or anything, it looks fine. But when I use it on MSN, it lags, it barely moves for me, but my friend says it only lags a little bit for him, although maybe he's just saying that so I'll stay on cam haha. Any ideas as to what I could do to make it run more smoothly?

Parents how would you handle this situation that my friend is dealing with?

She has a child that is extremely sensitive. Punishment isn't an option. The little girl make herself sick when she's even yelled at. She'll stop eating and have a hard time sleeping. No she's not minipulating her parents. My friend's husband thought so but they took her to a therapist to find out what's going on and the therapist confirmed that it wasn't minipulation. The child is overly sensitive. Anyway B (that's what I'll call the child) is a really good child but she has issues with bath and bedtime. My friend is stuck on how to get her daughter to cooperate without punishing her. Telling her it's night-night time doesn't help. Her husband wants to ignore the sensitivity and just punish the kid. He's less then patient and suffering from depression. How can my friend handle this situation without having everything fall apart. B has also had some problems because her grandfather abused her when he was babysitting for her in all 3 ways. That was when the problem started about a year ago but my friend didn't find out until B's big sister told her about that and the grandfather confessed on his deathbed.

Hi, I'm Jade, a 16 year old girl. I have an uncle, and he had a very, very nice life and was married, when things went downhill, and he was divorced by his wife. That was seven years ago, and after the divorce his life started getting ruined and he started to drink way too much. It's kinda sad. Then last year, my family was staying in New York for a visit. One night, we went to my uncle's apartment to say hello and have dinner since he lives in NY. Sometime into the dinner, no one noticed my uncle, but he'd been drinking during dinner and he raced out of his apartment without anyone noticing but me. I knew he could, and probably was drunk so I followed him wherever he was going without him noticing. I took the elevator cuz I saw him take the stairs and didn't want him to see me, and when we got down at about the same time, he raced across the street to this bar and i followed him. There at the bar, I saw him saying to this woman, "Hey babe. Whatcha up to?" She said "Get away sicko!" And he said "Don't be like that" And I knew he could be doing something bad so I kicked him in his dicebags from behind as hard as I could and got a perfect strike. He fell down like a rock and started screaming, yelling, and shrilling because I hit him right on the hardest part of my shoe. And he was rolling around and sweating and looked like he was gonna vomit. After that I apologized for my uncle's rude behavior to her and she said it was no problem and then the woman walked up to my uncle who was on the ground, taunted him for hitting on her before, and kicked him with the tip of her shoe in the groin. After that I dragged him up back to the apartment, and by that I mean I helped him get back up. Do u think this was the exact proper course of action to take? I was just thinking for the best.
